I was in need of a car pretty urgently and came across a nice car online listed on the ryedale garage website. I called up to pay a deposit to hold the car and arranged for a test drive. After the test drive I was happy to pay for the vehicle and it was as simple as that. Staff are friendly and very helpful with answering questions and addressing concerns. The car had to go back due to a warning light coming on, however this was sorted without issue, and I was provided with a courtesy car whilst the car we purchased was being fixed (minor fault). The experience at Ryedale Garages 1946 Ltd was good because Malcolm was extremely helpful and courteous. My initial visit was about half an hour from closing time to enquire about a used vehicle on the forecourt. I asked if I could go back the following day for a test drive being as it was so late in the day. Malcolm was insistent that it was no problem and was more than happy to allow me to go for a test drive there and then. The whole process from my initial enquiry to collecting my car was handled in a friendly and efficient manner. I needed to go back about a problem 10 days after my purchase and the service team were also very helpful and dealt with the issue straightaway. Mrs Sheard

I bought my Kia Sorento from here in 2018. I live in the East Midlands yet any servicing and warranty work was always carried out by them.
